We would like to congratulate our long time employee Lindsey on her accomplishments at Velocity Sports Performance! Lindsey has been dedicated to the gym for the past two years; she goes several times a week on her lunch hour. Velocity Sports Performance recently named her Adult Athlete of the Month for May 2014!
Lindsay is getting married in June and began working out at Velocity to get in shape for the wedding. Her favorite part of the Velocity workout is weight training, and of course, the blue Gatorade! Working out at Velocity has impacted Lindsey’s life in a great way. She is now stronger, leaner, more toned, and has increased her stamina.
